At the reception, it's sad, the staff are very rude! I also didn't like the excess noise, which torments inside the apartment. I found the apartment small, it smelled of mold and was not notified at the time of booking about the lack of bed and bath linen. I booked it thinking it would be wonderful, and it was terrible! I couldn't even stay and lost 1300 reais, I settled somewhere else!
